LIMITED WARRANTY
MATERIALS & WORKMANSHIP
1. GENERAL PROVISION
1.1 For works and/or installations partially or fully performed, completed and/or installed by OLIO PTE LTD (hereinafter referred to as “OLIO") and/or its subsidiaries.
1.2 The limited warranty for works and/or installations does not cover claims and/or defects arising from third party alteration and/or addition, negligent use and/or expected wear and tear under domestic or commercial use conditions.
2. PERIOD
2.1 Refer to the period stated on the Invoice and/or Letter of Limited Warranty, effective upon receipt of full payment with written acknowledgement from OLIO.
3. TERMS & CONDITIONS
3.1 In assessing whether a work, material, finishing and/or product ("item") is defective, a joint inspection with an OLIO employee & the client is to be conducted without prejudice to verify the item(s) reported.
3.2 The technical standard at the date of manufacture of the product and/or completion or installation of work shall be used as a basis of consideration to justify the need and/or extent for rectification.
3.3 Any rectification work shall be rectified, at OLIO's discretion, strictly without the interference or instruction from the client and/or third party.
3.4 Any rectification work shall, at OLIO’s discretion, be performed either by an OLIO employee and/or an OLIO appointed qualified personnel.
3.5 No rectification work performed by an OLIO employee and/or OLIO appointed qualified personnel is to be construed as an admission of any liability.
4. GOVERNING LAW
4.1 These Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Singapore law and you irrevocably submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
5. SEVERABILITY
5.1 If any provision of these Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of this agreement, which will continue in full force and effect.
OLIO reserves the right to amend the Limited Warranty terms & conditions and its provisions from time to time without prior notice.
